FMA Holiday Party • 2:30 pm • Evanston
All dojos are invited to our Evanston location for holiday cheer from 2:30 – 4:30 pm. This is a potluck style party that will immediately follow. our advanced belt test, so bring something to share. FMA will provide pizza and refreshments.

Enter The Legs BJJ Workshop • 2:45pm • Park Ridge
Incorporating the leglock system into your game adds a whole new array of options, which will make your Jiu Jitsu more fun, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and enhances creativity. This workshop will set a strong foundation for both attacking and defending, while prioritizing injury prevention. Designed for adults aged 16 and above. Join us for “Enter the Legs” and elevate your BJJ game!
