Don’t know anything about jiu-jitsu? This free workshop is a great place to start! Professor Tony Kalina will introduce the art of jiu-jitsu and cover the essentials to get started as a beginner.
MARCH 2
Advanced Belt Workshop • 1:00 pm • Glenview
Get ready for 2 full hours of Kihon, Kata, Kumite, and Bunkai to make sure you’re prepared for your next Advanced Belt Test. This workshop is free, and open to FMA Students high purple belts and up who are on track be eligible for the next belt test.

Spring Training Camp • 2:00 & 4:00 pm • Glenview
Get ready for the top spring tournaments with the FMA Spring Training Camp. Four hours of intensive karate training with the FMA coaching staff will prepare you for upcoming competition.
